Hold the stock.
Collect from those who fold.
Lock any Robinhood Stock Token for 30 to 365 days. Anyone who leaves early pays 5%, and that goes to everyone still locked. Stay to the end and you take back the full stake plus their penalties.

Penalties are split by weight: the amount locked times the multiplier of its length. Nothing else counts.
A month. The shortest lock that still earns from leavers.
A quarter, through one earnings season.
Half a year. Twice the share of a 30-day lock.
A full year, for conviction holds.
Pools
One pool per token, live from the contract. Locked is what holders have in; paid in is what early leavers have left behind for them so far.
The math, both ways
What leaving early costs you, and what staying earns when others leave. Rewards depend on who leaves, so the right side is an example, not a promise.
The rules
Set in the contract. The owner can't touch a lock.
| What you can lock | The 27 Robinhood Stock Tokens and USDG. Rewards are paid in the token you locked. |
| Lock lengths | 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, with ×1, ×1.5, ×2, ×3 weight. |
| Leaving early | You get the stake back minus 5%. The penalty and the rewards your lock had built up go to the other locks in that pool. |
| At unlock | Full stake plus everything early leavers left for you. No deadline to claim it. |
| Treasury | 10% of each penalty. Holders of 100,000 $HFST pay half the penalty when they leave early. |
| The owner | Can list tokens and set the penalty between 1% and 10% and the treasury cut up to 20%. Can't move or close anyone's lock. |
Questions
Only from people who leave early. If nobody leaves, you get exactly your stake back. There is no other source and no token emissions.
Yes. The token sits in the contract, so its value moves with the stock the whole time. Holdfast only changes when you can sell.
Leave early at any moment. You get 95% of the stake back in the same transaction.
Then there is nobody to pay, and the penalty goes to the treasury.
Each lock is separate. Open another one; it gets its own length and its own share.
No. The contract is short, with unit tests and a test with the real NVDA Stock Token on a copy of mainnet.
